I believe it's unusual to praise an insurance company, but when it's earned one must do so. Justin Chong returned my initial inquiry regarding a commercial insurance policy. After several phone calls discussing specifics I received the quote that was substantially less than my current policy. I subsequently changed to Farmers. Not only that, but I was so impressed with Justin & Farmers Insurance that I changed my Ranch & Farm policy to Farmers.
